Our refund policy
We do not offer refunds on our online policies, courses or downloadable products.
Defective products
If your item is defective we will be happy to repair or replace it. Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be defective and you must contact us within 7 days.
Online policies
If you want to terminate your membership from our online policy service please advise us of your intentions. You will be able to use your service for the duration of your membership period. We will turn your service off at the end of your current membership period. If you would like to keep a set of your online policies, simply make sure to download them before the end of your current membership period.
